Autumn Landscape- Andrea

I'm not completely satisfied with this image, but it's what I was able to get. I was taking pictures of my kids at Nisqually and took this picture as we were leaving. Unfortunately, my kids were already way ahead of me, so I didn't have time to change my settings and set up a tripod (which I actually brought with me!). I'm not sure about the vertical orientation for a "landscape" picture, or about the way the path is coming in from the side and leading to the center. If I had more time I would have changed my camera settings to avoid the overexposed spots, use a tripod, spend more time on composition, etc.

ISO 320, f/4, 1/160, 24 mm

ha ha...actually, I WANTED to use my tripod, but my three year-old kept trying to see if he could push it over...and when he wasn't doing that he was trying to collapse the legs! So, I had to put it away...
