I wanted to show several things to give the "Go Slow" theme. The part that I was not happy with that I don't know what the fix is would be the hand on the crosswalk signal. I wanted it to look crisp. I never found a great setting to do what I wanted. 1/40, F6.3, ISO 6400

Tripod and a faster shutter speed to 'freeze' the intermittent light frequency emitted from the hand sign. I would experiment with 1/125, 1/250, 1/500, 1/1000 sec and see if that gets the crispness you are after. Bump UP the ISO also;
